Undefeated Flag Football Refund Policy
To submit a refund request please send an email to Undefeatedtx@gmail.com with the following:
Include “Refund Request” in the subject line
- The Players Name
- Parents Name
- Division the Player was Registered in (i.e. 5-7)
- Reason for Refund
All refunds at a minimum will include any transaction charges Undefeated Flag Football has incurred either in the original registration or via electronic refund process.
Once Registration Closes all refunds will be include a $75 processing fee.
NO Refunds will be issued after August 1, 2024. Refunds requested after registration starts and before August 1st will be granted a refund minus transaction fee of $50. Provided there is a written document from a doctor supporting a medical issue that prevents the registered player from participation.
At NO point will any refund will be given if the player or their relative has been dismissed or suspended due to unsportsmanlike behavior or not abiding UFFL Code of conduct.
In the event of any unexpected circumstanses such as a natural disaster or a pandemic of any kind that causes our season to be cancelled. A 1 year credit for future seasons will be issued.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 week of approval.
