Intro To Contact or ITC is a program exclusive to Undefeated Fitness that introduces young athletes to the game of tackle football through a progression based teaching model. Our professional coaching staff will work with each individual athlete to develop the core fundamentals that are required to play contact football. Every athlete will need to bring a helmet & shoulder pads.

Not only will your athlete learn the fundamentals of safe tackling and blocking, but UD will drill the proper discipline, focus and respect that is demanded from the game of football. Our goal is for every athlete that participates in the UD ITC program to be ready for league competition and is a strong, intelligent, hard working player that understands and appreciates the importance of playing the game safely.

This is a 4 day camp that offers our participants an opportunity to grow as an athlete!

 This camp consists of exciting agility training that is fun for all involved. 

The workout is designed to enhance the speed, agility and endurance of your growing child. 

Improve anaerobic endurance.

Improve football specific conditioning: anaerobic skill work.

SPEED / AGILITY

Technique improvement.

Maintain proper mechanics when tired.

Acceleration improvement.

Change of direction improvement (open/closed skill agility).

Position specific skill improvement.

FLEXIBILITY

Decreases injury potential.

Dynamic warm-ups performed before all strength or conditioning workouts
